Who We Are

Founded in 1925, Pineview Community Church has a rich history.  It has changed names and location but has always greatly impacted the Capital Region. The current location at 251 Washington Ave. Ext. held the first worship service in June 1970 and was completed in September of 1976.

Our desire is to help people of all walks of life connect wholeheartedly to Christ. What do we mean by that?

Jesus said that the greatest thing a person could do is love God with their heart, soul and mind. That is a complete commitment, a wholehearted commitment. The Bible says that is the first and greatest commandment. What does that mean for us?

How do we connect?

  • The head (discipleship) and the heart (worship) connects to God.
  • The hands connect to others in accountable relationships (fellowship) and serving others (ministry).
  • The feet connect to the world in their own neighborhoods and around the globe (outreach and missions).

There is no limit to the person who connects in every way to Jesus Christ.  Want to connect?
